No refunds are offered for ticket purchases under any circumstances.
No Refund Policy
By purchasing a ticket to My Small Business Conference 2026, you acknowledge and agree that all ticket sales are final and non-refundable. This policy applies to all ticket types including General Admission, VIP, and Elite packages.
We strongly encourage you to review your schedule and commitments before completing your purchase.
Event Cancellation by MSBC
In the unlikely event that MSBC must cancel the conference:
- Full refunds will be issued to all ticket holders
- Notification will be sent via email at least 14 days before the event date
- MSBC is not responsible for travel or accommodation costs
Schedule Changes
MSBC reserves the right to modify the event schedule, speakers, or programming. Changes to the schedule do not qualify for refunds, but we will make every effort to maintain the quality and value of the experience.
