Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or attending the My Small Business Conference ("MSBC"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not register or attend the event.

Registration & Tickets

• All ticket sales are processed through Eventbrite and subject to their terms
• Tickets are non-transferable except as outlined in our Transfer Policy
• Early bird pricing is valid until the specified date and subject to availability
• We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone who violates our code of conduct

Code of Conduct

All attendees, speakers, sponsors, and vendors must:

• Treat all participants with respect and professionalism
• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior
• Comply with venue rules and staff instructions
• Honor confidentiality in designated private sessions

Photography & Recording

By attending MSBC, you consent to being photographed and/or recorded. These materials may be used for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify event staff.

Limitation of Liability

MSBC, its organizers, and partners are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property sustained during the conference. Attendees participate at their own risk.

Changes to Event

We reserve the right to modify the event schedule, speakers, venue, or other details as necessary. In the event of cancellation, refunds will be issued according to our Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and presentations at MSBC are protected by copyright. Attendees may not record, reproduce, or distribute content without express written permission.
